I can't log in

Are you having trouble logging in? First things first, make sure you received a confirmation email. If not, you might have misspelled your email address. The most frequent misspelling is .con instead of .com – try logging in with that, and if it works, then you can fix your email from the My Account page. 

If your account was created prior to March 2019, then your username will be everything in your email address prior to the @ symbol. If it was created after, then your username will be your first and last name. Try logging in with just your username to see if that works.

If you're still unable to log in, try closing your browser and refreshing HDpiano.com. An private browsing window will give you a fresh start as well. If none of this works, reach out to our support team and we'll be sure to get you sorted out.
