Why did my payment fail?

Sometimes a payment fails for unknown reasons, and the decisions made by PayPal and Stripe are out of our control.

Please be aware that our system will continue to attempt payment for up to a week after your first failed payment, so if you decide to set up a new subscription please first cancel your old subscription. This will avoid the possibility of your original subscription reactivating if the second or third payment attempt goes through, leaving you with two active subscriptions.
