Why does my account say Pending or On Hold?

Sometimes an account is held up by Stripe or PayPal for reasons beyond our control. In some cases this means that the credit card failed Stripe's verification test. In other cases PayPal (for unknown reasons) decided to list a payment as pending instead of processing it straight away.

In these instances, we recommend that you cancel your subscription from the My Account page and try signing up once more. If that doesn't work, try another payment method. Unfortunately we cannot assist you if this continues to happen, because these decisions are made by Stripe and PayPal. But, we'll kindly share a free trial that doesn't require payment information as a way of saying thanks for trying!
